Indian Hills Golf Course City of Chapman Park 
Come join the fun at Indian Hills  Golf Course, Chapman,  Green grass, flowers, shade,  trees, &   
Kansas  located at the end of 5th street.  A 9-hole course with  shelters for picnicking.     Lots of picnic 
grass greens.  Golf carts available to rent. Golf cart tables.  Play ground equipment for all ages.
storage is available. Open Daily. Large baseball field.

Chapman Swimming Pool
Open Daily from Memorial Weekend to Mid 
August Swimming for all ages. Located in City
Park, East 2nd Street

Daryl Beemer Ball Complex
   Two softball fields & one baseball field, located at
end of East 6th Street.  Chapman Ball Complex is an
excellent place to play ball, built in 1991.  All-lime
fields & cement dug-outs with covers.  T-Ball,
coach pitch, softball, & baseball.  Games for boys
& girls ages 5 thru 18 & men's slow pitch & fast
pitch softball held from end of May to 1st part of
August.   Playing nearly every night.  Shelter &
picnic tables along with large concession stand.

Annual Christmas Lighting Annual St. Patrick's  Day Parade
  Visit  all of Chapman's downtown merchants.   To celebrate the Chapman's Irish 
Hamburger feed sponsored by American Legion.   heritage a parade is held every year 
Santa Comes to town also to visit and give the kids on St. Patrick's Day which involves  
candy. the community and the community's
schools.
  
Religious Organizations and Civic Groups
The community has various groups to be involved.  Many of the community members
are involved in American Legion, Auxiliary & Jr. Auxiliary, Lions Club, Knights of Columbus,
and the VFW.  There are also groups for the younger community members, 4-H and many 
other school related organizations.  There are a variety of religious organizations in the 
community and they can be viewed by clicking here.
  

Chapman's Annual Event 

City of Chapman Labor Day  2:00 PM Parade   
Toy and Car Show at the High School Downtown has a variety of many craft vendors  
and foods. 2 p.m. is the large parade down 5th street.  Carnival starts on Saturday
runs thru Labor Day. Labor Day Garden show at High School.   With evening night 
show.  Barbecue by FFA.  Lots of activities, Bingo at the American Legion& Golf 
tournament at Indians Hills Golf Course. Little World Series at the Ball Complex 5pm.
