| Through the efforts of the community and the departments of the City of Chapman, the |
| citizens are very lucky to have a very beautiful clubhouse. The clubhouse was placed next |
| to hole number one to allow easy access to the golf course and additional parking spaces. |
| The clubhouse has two levels, the lower level is for cart supplies storage. The upper level |
| has two rooms, the room picture above is a view of the clubhouse side which is used for the |
| daily operations of the course. The clubhouse has many nice new features. A very large deck |
| was put on to allow a very nice view of the course. The other room is used for formal gatherings, |
| class reunions, and any other use approved by the clubhouse manager. This room also has a |
| kitchen to allow the preparation of meals and drinks for gathering. The room is very large and |
| has many tables and chairs available. |
